PROJECT FOCUS: Led the design, development, and maintenance of all primary websites and branding for the Alaska Department of Education’s implementation of the Alaska Reads Act (enacted by the Alaska Legislature June 15, 2022). Created a clear, accessible, and consistent online resource hub for educators, administrators, and families. By the end of the 2024–25 school year, the percentage of K–3 students reading at grade level rose from 44% to 60%—a rate of improvement exceeding the national average. This growth reflects the dedication of Alaska’s educators; my work ensured they had the tools and communication infrastructure needed to drive statewide literacy success.
